One Oak by Sara was started in 2009 by jewelry designer Sara Reichert after many years of collecting unique and vintage jewelry as well as pieces with gemstones in the raw/ natural form. One OAK by Sara which stands for One of a Kind was started after a having a vision to create a company that gives back to nature and the environment. Sara was inspired at a young age after going through her grandmom's jewelry and putting together all sorts of new and different combinations and continued to search for amazing and special pieces to add to her growing collection. One Oak by Sara goal is to create timeless yet chic jewelry with an earthy look.
